This is a GREAT video, because I see so many people dropping the weight after lockout vs maintaining tension throughout posterior chain. This will continue the engagement of the glutes, hamstrings and spinal erectors & force the lats to stay tight to keep the bar close to the body.
The only time you should drop the weight is when you are going for 1RM (ie. competition) & even then there should be some sense of control- Coach Reg
